Ashlee Schneider of Grand Island officially purchased Snap Fitness on Dec. 31. She has been a personal trainer there for a year.

Snap Fitness is staffed from 3 to 7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, from 7 to 11 a.m. Fridays and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays. Schneider said the public can sign up for a membership or address any concerns during the staffed hours, but members have 24/7 access to the facility. Along with Schneider, there is one other employee.

Schneider said Snap Fitness has more than 20 weight machines, free weights, arc trainers, ellipticals, treadmills, bikes and tanning.

“We currently offer personal training and boot camps,” she said.

Schneider said she plans to offer fitness classes free to members, such as weight training, TRX and Spri360 classes. To kick off the new year, Schneider said Snap Fitness is offering free enrollment and a free personal training session.

Schneider also owns Schneider Training, a personal training business.At her new home, the cat Twiggy plumped up, thanks, in part, to a love of cat treats ... The cat hopped up in the China undercarriage parts of Dr. Pray's truck. She has a been an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer since 2009 and is certified in other areas such as sports conditioning, group cycling and nutrition.

Schneider is the personal trainer for the staff at St. Francis Medical Center. She works in the areas of weight loss and toning, mass building, cardiovascular training, conditioning for athletes, group training, in-home training, nutrition and individual basketball lessons.

Schneider said she has done many outdoor and indoor boot camps in the Grand Island area and has helped many people change their bodies and better their health.

The boot camps are one-hour sessions. The outdoor boot camps take place at parks around Grand Island and feature such workouts such as tire flipping, sledgehammer throwing, obstacle courses and playground equipment.crucibles are containers that can withstand very high temperatures and is used for metal, glass, and pigment production as well as a number of modern laboratory processes.

“The main thing is it is more fun and a different environment, and you are getting as good or better workout as in the gym, and it is intense,” Schneider said.

She also works with health coach Heather Caspersen to offer packages for personal training and nutrition.

Schneider said she is “very passionate about fitness, health and wellness and is excited to continue changing peoples lives.”

She said she has always had an interest in fitness and nutrition.we are a modern high-tech enterprise merging research, Manufacturers,selling as,micro gear motor,dc gear motor,dc electrical motor,spur gear motor and so on.

“I just thought it was really unique how the human body worked and all the things that go into it as far as nutrition-wise and how you can change your body through exercise. I have always had a passion for it,” she said.

Schneider grew up in Dannebrog, graduated from Centura High School in 2004 and received a bachelor of science in exercise science in 2008 from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she also played basketball.

She did her internship at the University of Texas in Austin for the Longhorns football and volleyball teams, working in strength and conditioning.

“It was an awesome experience,” Schneider said.

After her internship, she continued to live in Texas before moving back to Kearney,He's come up with an amazing organic cleaner but can't get anyone interested in manufacturing it. where she had various jobs in fitness training and nutrition.

Schneider said buying Snap Fitness was a “huge opportunity.”

“It took me forever back in high school to decide what I wanted to do when I grew up,” she said.

Her basketball coach pointed her toward a career in fitness and nutrition.

“My goal has always been to have my own fitness center,” Schneider said.

Snap Fitness, based in the Minneapolis suburb of Chanhassen, Minn., was founded in 2003 and has clubs in 44 states.

Schneider said she was a personal trainer at Snap Fitness for about a year when the previous owner approached her to ask if she was interested in purchasing the franchise.Metadoxine (pyridoxine–pyrrolidone carboxylate) has been reported to improve liver function tests in alcoholic patients

“I always knew this is where I wanted to be,” she said. “I didn’t think it would be this soon.”

Her personal philosophy is, “It is about changing people’s lives.Phenibut is a new supplement to the health industry It is teaching them how to live healthier and fitter lifestyles.”

Schneider said each training session is based on the individual’s ability and what that person wants to achieve.

“People want something new,” she said, “something exciting. I am always looking for new things and ideas when it comes to fitness and nutrition.”

Schneider said she is passionate about fitness and thinks that it is an “ignorant philosophy if you only believe in training one way.”
